From an open design measuring 26 000m², Fortress Income Fund redeveloped the plaza into a much needed, fully enclosed mall measuring approximately 36 000m². This brings Evaton Mall in line with a modern design, optimizing the space with beautiful colour and architecture to attract and retain its valued customers. Evaton Mall anchor tenants are Pick n Pay, Shoprite and Edgars. It is a minor regional shopping destination with a major existing customer base and looks forward to serve a rapidly expanding market in the future.
